whenever i try to submit an application it wont let me. it says i already have. see the thing is before the update i was a member and idk why now I'm not(i didn't get banned). can someone please help me:(

Hi I'm new to this server and i went into the nether. when i try to type something it won't let me and won't let me go back to main spawn. Am i still a member? or is it just glitching
